A week or two depending on how long ago it hatched.
It always depends on the species. A tree frog took about 5 weeks (a little over a month), and a bullfrog tadpole took 2 years! Usually, tree frogs and smaller frogs take less time while massive frogs such as bullfrogs, pacman frogs, and others take years.
hind legs
In the sentence "Two weeks later all the tadpole's back legs start to form," the apostrophe is incorrectly placed. It should be removed, as it suggests possession (the back legs belonging to one tadpole) instead of referring to multiple tadpoles. The corrected sentence should read: "Two weeks later all the tadpoles' back legs start to form," indicating that the back legs belong to multiple tadpoles.
The front legs i had a tadpole/frog so i would know
The tadpole is the stage in which most growth occurs. This is the stage when back legs are front legs are grown.
No! That is the point of it all. During tadpole stage, the being has no legs ... though eventually, of course, it becomes a frog.
Well, all I can think of is when a tadpole grows it's legs, the movement of the tadpole and the frogs legs are the same. Please Improve or put in the discussion board your answer.
yes you can ..but they grow magical legs and run up walls
egg, tadpole, tadpole with legs, froglett, adult frog.
Metamorphosis. The back legs grow, then the front legs. The tail then disappears and you have a froglett.
no thier like fish
The frog is in an egg, then the egg hatches to form a tadpole. The tadpole grows back legs, then front flippers. Finally, metamorphosis occurs, and voila! Adult frog.
No part of the tadpole falls of. The tadpole grows legs and then the tail shrinks. It doesn't fall off.
