get a big plastic ice cream pail and cut a circle in the plastic top until there is an inch or plastic left around the whole lid. Then, get some netting and staple it to the lid. TA-DAH!!!!! There you have it your own anphibian home. Then, just fill it with crickets, grass, sticks, rocks, and anything toads love! There you have it! HAVE FUN!!!
Get them out or call animal control.
I think they make a croak
It eats whats around them when the area is clear.
Yes, a toad is an amphibian and is quite at home in water.
Toads are consumers, due to the fact that toads CONSUME things. Toads consume water, crickets, worms, beetles, frogs, etc. A toad does not make his/her own food, unlike plants.
toads...ew
Yes IF - you have enough water so the toxins from the toads don't kill them - the fish can survive in the same temperature range as the toads - the fish are going to eat or nip at the toads -the poison will not kill or make the other fish ill at contact such as a healthy Betta fish. Lots of people keep feeder guppies with their toads. Sometimes the toads catch them. But is very rare. Mine didn't catch them.
All toads are poisonous. I live in Ohio as well and none of them will kill you. Though always make sure to wash your hands after handling them.
Toads make noises in the same way that any other animals do; they will pass air through their neck which will stimulate vocal chords, these vibrate and noise is produced.
horned toads
No. Toads and toads lay the same number of eggs obviously....But if you mean do toads lay more eggs then frogs then yes they do.
its more like how safe is the lake from toads. they secrete acids that will destroy all wildlife and make the chicks in the "bathing materials" run away. this is why the putrid creatures humans call toads must be sent back to hades where they came from.
