Wetting an adult diaper can feel different for each individual, as it depends on factors such as the type of diaper, level of absorbency, and personal sensations. Generally, it may feel warm, damp, and slightly uncomfortable as the liquid is absorbed by the diaper material. Some individuals may also experience a sense of relief or convenience, while others may feel self-conscious or embarrassed. It's important to note that maintaining good hygiene and changing the diaper promptly is crucial for skin health and overall comfort.
yes
When I was 8, I started wetting the bed on a regular basis. My stepmother, who had only recently became my stepmother, ridiculed me and told me if I kept wetting the bed I would be put back into diapers for an upcoming vacation we were going on. Unfortunately for me, I kept wetting the bed so day she came home from the store with a big bag of Huggies and told me these would be my night-time underwear for the foreseeable future. She also told me I would be wearing a diaper on the plane trip since I wasn't capable of holding my pee for any length of time. Sure enough, just before we left for the airport, she proceeded to diaper me since the drive to the airport was about 2 hours long. Of course, I fell asleep and wet my diaper so when we arrived at the airport, I needed changed. My stepmother than proceeds to diaper me on a bench in front of hundreds of onlooking people all the while remarking I was probably the only 8 year old still wearing baby diapers. Worse yet, she wouldn't let me put my shorts back on so I was left wearing just my tshirt and Huggies both in the airport and on the plane ride.

The U.S. and Canada continued using the term diaper while in the U.K. ( and Australia ) replaced the term with 'nappy.'
