Where are the clampits from?

Clampits are found along shore lines and coastal area's where indigenous peoples harvested, consumed and disposed of various bi-valves & shellfish.

The calcium carbonate matrix of the shell allows them to resist decomposition, thus over the ages they pile up and remain to this day. Providing us knowledge of habitation, diet and population.
