Okay So, Odysseus gets there after a terrible storm. On his first day there Nausicca, the princess, finds him, and Athena guides him to meet the king and queen. They give him a place to sleep and I believe he rests there, and the next day he stays with them and dines. Here they have a small contest and Odysseus is taunted in which he throws the discus. He after wards reveals himself and tells stories until late at night. The next day he awakens, eats with the Phaeacians and they give a ship and crew. He later left and set sail for home. All together I would say from the summary that I've given he spent somewhere between 2 & a half days to 3 days with the Phaeacians.
