14K refers to the quality of the gold used in the manufacture of the jewelry. In this case it is 14 karat gold, or .585 pure gold. The AD is likely a manufacturers stamp for the jeweler.
A 14K NT stamp on a gold ring indicates that the ring is made of 14-karat gold, which contains 58.3% pure gold and 41.7% other metals, making it durable and suitable for jewelry. The "NT" likely stands for "not tested," suggesting that the gold content has not been independently verified. This stamp helps consumers identify the quality and composition of the gold in the piece.
