However below are some of the acts that have been attributed to Zeus; He chopped his father, Kronos the titan lord, into bits and cast him into the pit of Tartarus. He also was given the power to control over atmospheric phenomena (lightning, thunder, rain, wind). His powerful lightning bolt was given to him by the cyclops and Hephaestus, the blacksmith god. His main accomplishment was to take over Kronos well for starters he ate his wife... not one i think he should be proud of. He also helped his daughter win a competition against her friend to disarm each other and Athena accidental ended up killed her friend.
