No, but Hera is jealous of Aphrodite's beauty.
No.
No one. It's just Aphrodite and Athena didn't get along.
There was a rivalry -not 'hate - between Aphrodite, goddess of love, Athena, goddess of wisdom, and Hera, the Queen of the gods; it escalated at the point of the golden apple of Discord.
Athena doesn't hate Aphrodite, nor visa versa. They just don't really get along well. Athena pledged to be an eternal maiden (along with her aunt Hestia, Goddess of the Hearth and home, and her half sister Artemis, goddess of The Hunt, animals, the moon, and girls). No dating, marriage, or any men in general for them! Aphrodite was the goddess of love and beauty, so she was offended by this, as you can imagine.

In Greek mythology, Apollo is said to dislike Aphrodite because she represents love, beauty, and desire, which are seen as frivolous and distracting in contrast to Apollo's focus on order, reason, and discipline. Their conflicting attributes and domains often lead to discord between them in mythology.
Aphrodite's powers are making other people fall in love and the beauty of the power she can make people fall in love with the people they hate.

Hate is kinda strong but Athena appreciated smarts not beauty so kinda understandable. The only major conflict is with the story of the apple. Eris, the goddess of discord, descides to stir up some trouble at a wedding by throwing an apple stating " for the fairest". Athena, Aphrodite, and Hera all jumped for it. The Paris came along and picked Aphrodite as the fairest which basically started the Trojan war
