Hades is the powerful god that lived in the underworld other than on Mount Olympus.
First: Kronos's stomach when Kronos swallowed Hades when he was a baby. Then: Mount Olympus where he was raised. After: They kicked him out of Mount Olympus because he was not ment to be there. Last: The Underworld because he is the God of the Underworld.

Hades never was technically banished. But he wanted to be super powerful so he moved to his realm, the Underworld, where theoretically he doesn't need to listen to Zeus. That is wrong. Hades never wanted to be in the Underworld. In fact, he is bitter sometimes because he is stuck in there. He is allowed on Mount Olympus, but he can't live there. His realm is the Underworld.

Tartarus was the underworld of Greek mythology, comparable to the Christian concept of Hell. It was never believed to be part of Mount Olympus, the abode of the gods. It's underground.
