Being the god of travellers and a messenger of the gods, Hermes is always on the move, so one cannot really say where his location is...

He had no last known location because he was not real. Even if he were, he was a god, and thus, omnipresent.
Hera was a goddess and omnipresent. To assign a "last known location" implies that she had a physical form that could be attached to a single location. The Greeks did not see their gods this way.
Hermes is well known for being the messenger god he is as well known for time travel and shepards Hermes has invented as well but he is mostly known for being the messenger god.
