What was ancient Egypt's food supply?

Food was normally fresh and simple, but they also made stews, porridges , and soups. They had a good supply of fresh foods, so they weren't heavily salted or flavored like in Rome or Greece.

Well... I am not sure about the plant food source, however the most common animal food source is poultry (fish, duck, geese, etc.)

FUN FACT: Beer was the main drink in ancient Egypt.
