The Inca may not have all the knowledge that we have today but one of the Inca's accomplishments were the causeways.
The Incas had a hard time getting to other lands because of the rivers, so they made the causeways to get through the river.

The Inca Empire achieved significant accomplishments in architecture, engineering, agriculture, and administration. They built a vast network of roads and bridges, including the famous Machu Picchu. Their terraced farming system allowed them to cultivate crops at high altitudes. The Inca also developed a sophisticated system of governance and communication, utilizing quipu for record-keeping.
Atahualpa was an Inca emperor who defeated his brother, Huascar, in a civil war, bringing the Inca empire under his rule. He also successfully expanded the empire, adding new territories and subjects. Additionally, he established himself as a leader through military conquests and political alliances.
It is subjective to determine which society had the greatest achievements as each had their own notable accomplishments. The Maya were advanced in mathematics and astronomy, the Aztec had impressive city planning and engineering feats, while the Inca were renowned for their vast empire and sophisticated agricultural techniques.
Francisco Pizarro is important because he was a Spanish explorer who explored Peru; South America and the Pacific coast of South America. Pizarro's obstacles include going to war with the Inca. His accomplishments include capturing the Inca leader and gaining control over the vast Inca Empire.Francisco Pizarro is important because with out him we would not know much about SouthAmerica and Peru.
