She died in 30 BC.
We don't know. There's a myth that she died by snakebite, but there are too many holes in that story. Even the ancient writers, were skeptical of the snakebite idea. Augustus actually perpetrated the myth for his own purposes and William Shakespeare gave it another boost and it's been with us ever since. The closest guess we can make is that it was some type of poison, as Cleopatra was said to be knowledgeable about poisons.
Cleopatra and Marc Antony had 3 children together, a twin boy and girl, and another boy. After their parents died, they went into the care of Marc Antony's Roman wife, Octavia. The two boys mysteriously disappeared before adulthood, but the girl grew up and married a nobleman. She basically lived a normal life. She was the only one of Cleopatra's four children to survive to adulthood. Cleopatra's daughter married king Juba II of Mauritania and became a queen. They had a son who succeeded them, Ptolemy of Mauruitaia. The boys certainly lived as the ancient writer Seutonius says that they were "educated according to their stations" and if they were dead, education would have been impossible.

He died in 44 BC and she died in 30BC so obviously he was dead when she died.
Cleopatra did not fight in any battles. Remember, she was a woman and women did not go into combat in the ancient world, except in stories and myths. However Cleopatra was at Actium, but her role there was that of an observer or a nuisance, depending on perception.
