When was Aeneas born and when did he die?

We don't know when Aeneas was born, all dates before the founding of Rome (traditionally set at 753 BC) are unreliable, since they are prehistoric (before the start of written history).

But the fall of Troy is usually set around 1184 BC, and at the time of the fall Aeneas is already old enough to have a young son (Ascanius) - but also young enough to marry again once he reaches Latium and have more children.

Being reasonable, Aeneas must have been born before 1200 BC, and 1210-1220 ish seems a good estimate.

According to Roman myth Rome itself was founded in 753 BC. All dates before 753 are prehistoric, and cannot be precisely dated.

But Aeneas must have died long before the foundation of Rome. Aeneas founded Lavinium; his son Ascanius founded Alba Longa; then after many generations Romulus and Remus in turn were born in Alba Longa.

The traditional date for the fall of Troy was 1184 BC - Aeneas was still alive when Troy fell (and for at least 7 years afterwards). Some time around 1150 BC would seem a reasonable date for the death of Aeneas.

Aeneus was a Trojan Prince, his mother was Venus and his father was Anchises. So his home town was Troy. The Aenied charts him leaving Troy after it is razed to the ground and travelling to Italy to found the Roman race. Aeneus went to Rome to help the Romans as well.

Aeneas was a hero of the Trojan war, which historically probably happened around 1173 BC, so he was probably born around 1200BC, and (estimating reasonably) he may have died around 1140 or 1130. However, he was not even a mythological character, but a literary one, so he never lived and no Roman would have thought he had.
