Odysseus, aka Ulysses.
Odysseus was a key figure in the Trojan War, but he was not led by a king; rather, he was a king himself. He ruled the island of Ithaca and was a prominent leader among the Greek forces. The war was primarily led by King Agamemnon of Mycenae, who commanded the Achaeans. Odysseus played a crucial role in the Greek strategy, famously devising the plan of the Trojan Horse.
Odysseus warned his men not to eat the cattle of the Sun God, Helios, while they were on the island of Thrinacia. Despite his warnings, the men, driven by hunger, killed and feasted on the sacred cattle. This act of disobedience led to dire consequences, as Helios sought revenge by asking Zeus to punish them, resulting in a storm that destroyed their ship and led to their deaths.
Polyphemus, the Cyclops, captured Odysseus and his men when they ventured into his cave. He trapped them inside and began to eat Odysseus's crew one by one. To escape, Odysseus cleverly devised a plan, getting Polyphemus drunk and blinding him with a sharpened stake. After escaping, Odysseus taunted Polyphemus, revealing his true identity, which led to further consequences from the Cyclops's father, Poseidon.
The troublemaker of Odysseus's crew is Eurylochus. He often challenged Odysseus's authority and led the crew into disobedience, most notably when he convinced them to eat the cattle of the Sun God, Helios, despite Odysseus's warnings. This act of defiance ultimately resulted in dire consequences for the entire crew, showcasing Eurylochus's role as a disruptive influence.

Odysseus called out to Polyphemus that he was the one who blinded him as a tactical move to boast and reveal his identity. This was a strategic decision by Odysseus to show his cunning and attempt to gain favor with the Cyclops. However, it ultimately led to further conflict and challenges for Odysseus and his crew.
In Greek mythology, Poseidon is biased against Odysseus because Odysseus blinded his son, the cyclops Polyphemus. This act incited Poseidon's anger and led to his ongoing hostility towards Odysseus throughout his journey home from the Trojan War.
Odysseus showed his character flaw of hubris, or excessive pride, when he revealed his real name to the Cyclops Polyphemus instead of keeping it hidden. This act ultimately led to disastrous consequences for him and his men.
Eurylochus criticizes Odysseus for risking their lives by not leaving the island immediately after Polyphemus, the Cyclops, was blinded. He believes Odysseus's curiosity and desire for glory led to their dangerous situation. Eurylochus thinks Odysseus's behavior was reckless and irresponsible.

Polyphemus reveals that his wounded eye was caused by Odysseus and his men when they pierced it with a sharpened wooden stake. This act led Polyphemus to seek revenge on Odysseus and his crew.
Alcinous had noticed how intently Odysseus listened to Demodocus's song about the Trojan War, and how emotional he became. This, along with Odysseus's physical appearance and the way he carried himself, led Alcinous to suspect that Odysseus might be connected to the events of the war.
