The god of grapes/wine. In Greek it is Dionysus. Bacchus was the Roman name.
I have never heard of a Dionisio, but Dionysus is a Greek god. He is the god of wine, his animal is the tiger, and his symbol is grapes.
In ancient Greek mythology and culture, eating grapes symbolized luxury, abundance, and divine favor. Grapes were associated with the god Dionysus, the god of wine and fertility, and were often used in religious rituals and celebrations. The act of eating grapes was seen as a way to connect with the gods and bring good fortune.
Grapes are a fruit which means the grow off of vines from the ground naturally. So no one actually founded grapes. But if you believe in God you could say he did since he created the Earth and everything on it.
