Yes, humans can make beehives. We do it all the time. They can take the form of a skep (a woven basket) which the bees then colonize and make their home and which is what people often see as a stylized beehive, or in the form of a wood framed modern beehive, as are common nowadays.

In addition to humans, structures can be made by machines, animals (such as beehives or bird nests), geological processes (like caves or rock formations), and even natural phenomena (like ice crystals or coral reefs).
Beehives.
From beehives.
The first beehives were likely constructed by early humans observing wild honeybee colonies. However, modern types of beehives, such as the Langstroth hive, were designed by Reverend Lorenzo Lorraine Langstroth in the mid-19th century.
Depends what the beehives are made off - you don't tell us that important fact.
In Animal Crossing, bees only produce honey in the form of beehives that can be found in trees with beehives hanging from them. You cannot directly make honey from bees. To collect honey, you must shake the tree with the beehive and catch the beehive when it falls to the ground.
