Well, all you need to do is put shampoo, conditioner works too, into a bowl. Mix the food coloring into the shampoo/conditioner, and if it starts to look weird, add alittle bit more of the shampoo/conditioner. Apply to hair. Wait till hair is DRY. You can use a blow Dryer to make it dry quicker. When hair is dry, wash it out with COLD water, using warm water will make dye leave hair.
