To prepare water for fish, fill a clean container with tap water and let it sit for 24 hours to allow chlorine to evaporate. Test the water for pH and temperature, adjusting as needed. Add a water conditioner to remove harmful chemicals and make the water safe for fish.
Pescado means fish (a fish ready eat). If the fish is in the water swimming, its called pez.
you can fish the fish out of the tank with a net or a cup and keep them in a bowl with some water that came from the unclean tank, until the next tank is ready for their arrival. So when you have the next tank ready, you can just take the cup and dump them in with the water that you left it in when cleaning.

It could well be the fishes natural coloring. Or you need to change the water ASAP. If you don't get ready for your fish to die.

With the gravel, and the filter, and your ornaments/plants ready in it, you need to leave it for 1-2 weeks. (depending how desperate you are) You should not buy your fish unless you have had it ready for 1-2 weeks!
Not sure about Koi fish, but with most other freshwater fish you can do an instant cycling and water preparation for your fish. There is products out there that should help add bacterial colonies, remove chlorine and add a protective coating for your fish so they will be ready for the new water.
Ripe fish is mature fish, v.g. sexually mature fish, ready to reproduce.

First you clean the bowl and make sure there is not dust or residue on it then, you fill it up ith warmish water and put betta water cleaner in it :)
If your fish will need to be out of water for some time because the distance is great between the tanks a waterproof plastic bag or a bucket is OK. If you will only have the fish out water for a minute or so it should be OK in the net. Just make sure everything is ready for when you catch the fish to move it into the other tank.
It means that the fish eggs are ready to be born.
