The commoner "Poecilia sphenops" gets to around 2 inches but the larger members of the species, the P. latipinna and P. velifera grow to around just under 5 inches.
an inch
yes but if they have babies it wont be
Mollies can be kept in quite small aquariums; probably down to about 5 gallons in size as the absolute minimum.
30 gallon is a big space you could get 6 more but make sure to get male female 1:3
a tank with a filter make sre the tank is big because the fish can get up to 4 feet big
She will start making sudden dashes in the tank for no apparent reason. If you look carefully in the area she has dashed from you are likely to see a tiny baby or two close by.
molly and mother stay at the house and charlie and tommo go to war charlie dies but not sure about big joe and mollies baby is called tommo!
not that big if its a box. i mean your just taking it home to put it in the terrarium tank.
You should do this when the babies are big enough that they wont fit into any of the fish mouths.
I assume you mean a baby fish or other aquatic animal? It depends on the species, which is not stated in the question. So, I would say that if the 'baby' outgrows the 40 gallon tank, then you would be able to get a bigger tank.
Yep! They'll ignore each other. Better have a big tank ready for the pleco when it grows, though.
6 foot
