Chmaleons just get old they wont live forever just give them a clean tank,fresh clean water, and the right food (fruit flys are a good food for most chamaleons) that should keep them healthy. But theres not alot you can do if they are really about to go. You can go to the vet to see if you can fix the problem but its expensive.
