well, it's not that complicated, but they have sweat glans like humans do. Kangaroos don't have sweat glans, so they stay hot all the time. Sweat glans keep people from staying hot all the time. Sweating may be annoying, but it really helps the human body. Keep that in mind the next time you forget my answer... =)
