How do animals harm trees?

we (animals) breath out carbon dioxide the trees and plants use the carbon dioxide and other thing that i won't get in to make energy and release oxygen for us to breathe. this is why we must try to save the trees.

Animals help trees in three main ways. They are:

1. Flowering trees are pollinated by insects such as bees and butterflies. Without them, those trees may not be able to create seeds and would become extinct.

2. Animals often are used to transport seeds from fruits long distances, and therefor increase the range of the tree species. The seeds are swallowed while the fruit is consumed, but they aren't digested. When the animal defecates, the seed is released and can grow into a tree.

3. Some types of ants live in trees. Whenever vines attempt to grow on the tree, these ants will destroy the vine. Vines can kill trees, so the ants are helpful by protecting the trees.
