Actually, a Rottweiler is not right for me. However, to find out if a Rottweiler is a good pet depends on the animal. What kind of dog do you want? Are they allowed in your area? Some cities, counties, and even a few countries have banned them because of a perceived threat. Any dog can be vicious and mean if abused or poorly trained. Although, Rottweilers and pit bills from dog breeders have told me have the ability to lock down their jaw similar to steal bear trap.
