In Killer Instinct Gold, to perform an Ultra Combo, you first need to have your opponent's health bar completely depleted. Once you’ve achieved this, quickly input the Ultra Combo command by pressing the appropriate button combination for your character. Typically, this involves a series of specific attack buttons, and the timing is crucial. If executed correctly, your character will unleash a powerful finishing move that showcases a series of devastating attacks.
No, unfortunately
There are no Killer Instinct: Gold apps that I know of, but there is a jailbreak download called Cydia that allow you to download emulators for SNES games, including Killer Instinct 1 & 2

After winning a match in "Killer Instinct Gold," Fulgore typically says, "I am the future!" This line emphasizes his role as a powerful cybernetic warrior and reflects his confidence in his abilities. The phrase encapsulates the game's theme of advanced technology and combat prowess.
I've actually been wondering this too. Since he is Tibetan we can assume that at least the phrase he says is in Tibetan, and sounds something like "Jobotun Natere." I hope someone can answer this!
I wish I knew. I just found a working N64 emulator for Android and played the game. Only to find there is no Cinder or Riptor. I SWEAR I used to play as them on Killer Instinct Gold. Orchid & Cinder were my main characters cuz I was able to execute their Ultra Combos Flawlessly. Perhaps there is a different version out there that is very rare that I may have gotten that Nintendo never meant to release for N64 or something? I still remember the buttons on the N64 pad to do it and when I was done with Cinder it would echo "ULTRA! ULTRA ULTRA" And I KNOW I had to be playing KI Gold cuz that's the only platform I had it for. Never even knew it was out for SNES or any other console till I got much older and started looking around for the ROM.
Super smash bros brawl, LoZ Twilight Princess and many more fighters destiny, killer instinct gold.

It won't hurt you, if that's what you mean. Some ultra-ultra desserts use it as an edible part of the dessert, and there is a liqueur called "Danziger Goldwasser" that has tiny particles of gold foil in the bottle.
