How do you preserve our animal life?

We need to exterminate the whole human population worldwide but a select, small community consisting of all races and religion. Multiple families from each culture so that the races would not have to breed and create mixed races (or with people from the same family because that is weird and the DNA problems that go along with that), because than there would eventually be no original races. Then naturally over time, the animals would start to mass breed due to the lack of human interaction and disturbance. Finally, after a long period of time, when all the animal species have repopulated, the humans would start breeding more and more children, expanding over the continents (history would repeat itself).

if it is a liquid (like water) then it will only preserve the bones.
