knot that I know
Answer: Yes. The turtle, however, must have land to climb up on so as not to tire out, fresh fruits, vegetables, worms and crickets to eat on that land, and it must be handled so as not to make it antisocial.(Note: the turtle needs enough of a platform to get totally out of the water and crawl around. Not enough land may result in stress for your turtle.)
It is a reptile. It can go in water and land.🐢
depends if the drive a car
i have one and he pretty fast on land, they can run as fast as they swim.
it needs excersize. go take it on a walk stupid.
They need about 2 cups according to your turtles size!!it needs to be past his shell a bit so he floats!if he ain't floating fill it up a little bit more they also need a bit of land but not to much they always need some water
A lake or marshes. Be careful if you go looking for them though!
all you really need is a rock that is big enough to hold the turtle and it has to go above water to let the turtle climb out of the water and onto dry land to bask. Above to rock...there needs to be a heating lamp. If you dont have a heating lamp then put some kind of light over the basking area until you get one. Of course if you want to spoil your pet turtle then you can go out to the pet store and buy all different kinds of basking areas... What gives me an idea is that i go to www.google.com and type in water turtle habitats and look at the pictures.
No, I would go out and buy a light used for turtles. A turtle needs constant, warm light that keeps body temperature regulated.
if it goes up to the shore because it is the only time they go up to shore.
Never hurricane Katrina never hit land Stupidest Retards Think people think
yes actually i don't know this as a fact but i think they absorb it because my turtle is always moist looking but when he dose not go in the water he shrivels up and drys out...Any way i recommend you let your turtle do whatever and try and give him an inclosed tank and often feed him at about 3 times a week un less told to do otherwise but yes he needs enough water to completely go under and swim in and i know its a land turtle but trust me if he also stays in for a long period of time he might look a little soggy. and he also needs about a foot of dry land with some moss , rock , dirt , etc. let me know if this helps...!
