learn to spell and the answer is not mountanous areas

^^ Really? Clearly, this person can spell and made a simple typo. You are the one that needs to learn how to capitalize your sentence. I also believe the correct spelling is "mountainous" not "mountanous." Check yourself before criticizing others.

Edited By SuzyQ:

The Answer is Desert. Your using Plato Right? Yeah, They don't give you reading material so i had to do a lot of research. these questions get hard. Desert animals have long limbs because they have to travel great distances on a daily basis to find water and food. they have long ears to provide shade to their bodies and because they have to hear from great distance to avoid the extremely fast approaching predators. Their light coloration prevents overheation and exhaustion.

(and your spelling is fine, everybody has type-o's)
