Bats predators are snakes, racoons, opossums. and tarantulas. Sometimes a hawk or a owl will snatch them from the sky.
Both. They do act as a predators on other animals but also are hunted as prey.
They are both a predator and prey. Whils some animals may eat the bat itself, making it prey, it will eat insects, making it a predator.
Animals are the prey of other animals/predators.
None ! Some animals such as bats, use ultra-sonic sound to locate prey, and 'see' in the dark.
Bats and birds eat june bugs. So do a few laybugs.
they prey on polar animals
Bats face predation from various animals, including birds of prey like hawks and owls, which can catch them in flight. Additionally, some mammals, such as cats and raccoons, may hunt bats when they are roosting. Snakes also pose a threat, particularly to bats hanging in trees or on cliffs. In some ecosystems, certain species of spiders and larger insects may prey on smaller bats as well.
If you meant how do they feed off their prey - they bite the animals flesh, and lick at the blood that oozes out. Their saliva contains a mild `anaesthetic' - so after the initial bite, the prey feels nothing.
There are many animals that use ultrasound. Some of these anmimals include; cats, dogs, dolphins, mice, fish and whales. the can use it to detect their prey
I'm not certain, but I think this is right... Animals such as bats make ultrasonic noises which then bounce off the prey. The amount of time that the sound takes to come back enables the bat to judge their distance from the prey.
prey
Bats are nocturnal mainly because their prey comes out during the night, but they also have awful eyesight, hence the famous saying- 'Blind as a bat.'
