Dicellograptus is an extinct genus of graptolites, which were marine colonial animals. They primarily fed by filtering plankton and organic particles from the water using their tentacle-like structures. These creatures lived in the ocean during the Ordovician period and played a significant role in the marine ecosystem of their time.
There is actually very little known about the dicellograptus. It is known that they floated in the ocean, and that there bodies were made of something similar to collagen. They could grow to about a meter and a half long. Beyond this, they aren't even totally sure if the fossils are made of one animal or many. There is nothing at all known of behaviors or habits.
