That depends on which Hobgoblin you're talking about...there have been 3. The original Hobgoblin's secret identity is Roderick Kingsley. He used Ned Leeds as a decoy by brainwashing him so he qualifies also. After Kingsley/Leeds there was Jason Macendale.
