I guess whoever asked this question was a guy because any GIRL would know that even if you're fixed you will still have your period. The same thing goes for dogs as it does for humans (or any animal) Like if a women got her tubes tied because she didn't want to have babies she would still bleed until she reached menopause. This means she would go through a process at point in her life that would cause her to stop having her period. So if your female dog is still bleeding even though she was fixed she'll be okay. It's normal and once she get's old enough then she'll go through her menopause;)
