According to both my Walker's 'Mammals of the World' and the PRO Encyclopaedia of Mammals, all primate young are known as 'babies' and 'infants.

The Tarsier is of course a primate, but a very rare and small one. Only 3 species are known, from the Phillipines, Borneo, Sulawesi and Sumatra.
