Mutualism is a type of symbiosis where two animals live together, and both benefit from the relationship. Pollination by insects, for instance. The flowers offer the insect nectar as food, and the insect helps the flowers reproduce.

Other types of symbiosis are commensalism (one organism benefits, the other is not affected positively or negatively) and parasitism (one benefits, the other is affected negatively). Note that symbiosis simply means 'living together', and doesn't imply benefits for both parties! That's just mutualism ^^
