You mean Bose-Einstein condensate. Its a strange form of matter that is superconducting. When you change the state of one of its atoms, all the others change too "magically". It can be made by bringing certain molecules to near absolute zero temperature, using lasers to gently tap them to a certain centroid (center) of a experimental chamber in a near vacuum. Its weird stuff.
