Lots of people have answered Sharks, great whites and tigers, to this question, but i can officially tell you, with experience, that great whites and tigers kill humans mistaking them for seals. It is an easy mistake to make, but the real most dangerous creature in the sea is the Sea Wasp. A jellyfish that lives so deep under the sea the air pressure could kill a human. the slightest touch of their long, skinny tentacles gives a horribly painful, permanent rash, any harder and you're toast.
