exotic pets are animals that people dont usually have (i.e. cats dogs fish....are nonexotic animals) so if your animal is an animal that is not found in many homes.......it is probably called exotic :) :D :P

If an exotic pet was truly great it would no longer be exotic. The problem with exotic pets is that people don't want mainstream and want to be unique and have unique things (which makes them all un-unique and mainstream) such as exotic wildlife. They get this exotic pet and realize why it is unique and exotic and not a readily available pet is because they are wild animals or not good for you or being enclosed. So they release the animal into their nonnative environment to either die or wreak havoc on the ecosystem. Or it ends up in one of a million rehabilitation centers. Get a puppy or a gold fish.

Alpacas are very good pets. They are soft, friendly and fun to have. There manure is good fertilezer and there wool is expensive. Llamas are also good animals to have. You can show both of these animals.
