Zoologists study animals and botanists study plants. Biologists study both plants and animals together. Microbiologists study these things at a cellular level.
Not sure what yo mean by trophic level. But the classification is called herbivore.
For both plants and animals it is the species. But there are subspecies in animals and cultivars in plants.

Supergroups are a level above kingdom in terms of taxonomic classification. Plants, animals and fungi are all kingdoms in taxonomy.
They get their energy from other trophic levels, as opposed to autotroph, such as plants, who produce their own food without having to consume it from another level.

There is no longer any difference in the classification system of plants and animals. Before, it was that you would use the term division for classifying plants instead of phylum,used to classify animals. Now, phylum can be used to classify plants and animals.
Neither plants nor animals have high concentrations on the element gold. Plants that surround areas with gold deposits will have some low level of gold.
