Neither a ferret or chinchilla are appropriate as pets for children. Exotic pets need special care according to their instinct behaviors. They are not like dogs and cats, which would be more appropriate for a child's pet

it depends...i think ferrets are the best by far because there cuddly and cute and can be trained but not good if you scared of biting and you need to be committed
