The first person credited with teaching a bird to talk is often considered to be the ancient Greeks, particularly Aristotle, who documented the ability of certain birds, like parrots, to mimic human speech. However, specific historical records of individuals training birds to talk are scarce. Over time, various cultures have trained birds, especially parrots, to speak, but no single person is definitively recognized as the first.
Simple. Talk to a pet. Weather it be a dog, cat, or bird, especially a bird because you can teach them to talk.
Bird Talk was created in 1982.
Well it depends what type of bird it is,you could teach a budgie. The way to teach it is to just say the same word every time in front of your bird.(But make sure not to say any swear words). In a couple of months it will start saying what you said alot of times. You can teach your bird to make many different noises. The key to teaching your bird to say something is repetition. make the desired noise repeatedly every day and eventually, your bird will hopefully start making the noise themselves. Not all species of birds will talk though. The best birds for talking would be parrots. Some examples would be * Macaws * conures * cockatiels * parakeets
no there are not monkeys that talk but you can teach them
There are a few things you can teach them to do. I know you can teach them to talk (some never talk), you can teach them to ring a little bell on one of their bird toys, and sometimes you can get them to whistle. You can also possibly teach a parakeet to fly on to your finger, as this trick is most likely tough to teach. There are probably other things you can teach them too. I suggest you research for more info. Remember to only teach them one trick at a time, more than one (being worked on for a while), can confuse your parakeet.

Talk to your friend first and ask! Don't charge and in and ask them out, talk about it first. Tell your friend how you feel about this person.
All birds can learn to varying degrees. Some can talk, some whistle or mimic other sounds. Some only sing their normal song. Birds learn their songs from their parents and others in their flock. A captive bird will imitate you or other sounds they hear repeatedly.
