Cats shed more after a bath because the water and shampoo can strip their fur of natural oils, causing their body to produce more oil to compensate, leading to increased shedding.
Cats generally keep themselves clean by grooming. However should a cat have a toxic substance on its fur it is important to bath the cat rather than risk the cat ingesting the substance. The person bathing the cat needs to dress so as to avoid being scratched. The cat will feel safer in the bath if there is a rubber mat or towel on the base. After putting four or five inches of water in the bath, hold the cat in the water and wash the cat with a washcloth and animal shampoo.
The bathtub is bigger therefore the cat is more intrigued by more water
It depends. It might be bald in a certain spot because the cat may be shedding badly there, or (bad part) it may have ringworm. Ringworm is a disease and you shouldn't handle cats when they have this. There is a medicine for it you can put in milk and it might help. So, if your cat has a bald spot, hopefully it is shedding!Love,Anastaisa
Kittens shed fur as they grow and their coat changes. This shedding is normal and helps them adapt to their environment. However, excessive shedding could be due to stress, poor diet, or health issues, so it's important to monitor your kitten's shedding and consult a vet if needed.

I have found that high end chenille doesn't shed. I got a chenille blanket from Linens N Things a few years ago and I threw it away b/c it shed so much. ----I also bought a throw from Bed Bath and Beyond and washed it to get the smell of my dog out of it and it shed so much I had to throw it away.

Loughborough is so much better
The problem is no matter what you do, your dog is going to end up shedding the same amount of hair. The only thing you can change is where the shed fur will end up; all over your house or in a brush. When your dog is shedding a lot it is important to brush him everyday (preferably outside), or as much as you can when shedding- this will greatly reduce the amount of fur hanging out around your home.
Hell ya,,becuse taking a bath takes so much longer
