There could be several reasons why your neighbor's dog is crying all day. It could be due to separation anxiety, boredom, loneliness, or a medical issue. It's important to talk to your neighbor about the situation and possibly suggest seeking advice from a veterinarian or animal behaviorist to address the underlying cause of the dog's distress.
Maybe he is in pain or is sick.
talk to ur neighbors......... ask them if they can train their dog to get their own newspaper lol or ask them to let their dog out only on a leash.....thats all i have for now
Because your dog feels all the emotions you are expressing. If someone was crying you would maybe sympathize with them, that is basically what your dog is doing.
he should get fixed
I would have a talk with your neighbors and try to work out a plan for your dog to play outside without it bothering the neighbors.
cause it hurt.
Your neighbors are probably liable for damages to you if the breaches in the fence were their fault (i.e. their dog's fault). However, you were also negligent if you were AWARE of the holes dug by the other dog and still allowed your dog to spend time unsupervised in your yard. If this is the case, you could be liable for animal cruelty.

As long as you were not tresspassing, you can sue the owner of the dog. Their dog is their responsibility.
Most likely, your dog isn't trying to attack the other dog. they are just stating their territory and showing the other dog she was there first and trying to warn her off. i think she starts crying because all dogs like to show off to other dogs and it makes them feel good. but i wouldn't call it crying, i'd say it's the sound they make when they've just claimed victory, and they are just so excited, all they can do is "squeal with delight". =D
A child crying is a potential sign of danger. A dog circling a crying child is a sign of concern - by the dog for the child.
