Because rabbits (like other rodents) become sexually active as early as six weeks old !
minniemin hereAt the age of 13 weeks the genitals are shown or are there and usually the minimum age for a doe to get pregnent is 13 weeks so there is no possible way for a 8 week buck to impregnante a 11 week old doe no
What did the blind old buck say to his doe ?
What did the blind old buck say to his doe ?
no because its a buck only area. but you could kill a doe but it would be illegal.
Usaully its when the doe is 8 months and the buck is 9 months but sometimes they can mature when they are 8 weeks old and up it all just depends. When your buck is mature his balls will drop.
A doe (female) Bunnie has to be at least 5-6 months old to get pregnant. But a buck (male) Bunnie has to be exactly 6 months to be able to get the doe pregnant.
6 months is the standard for dogs and cats, but ask the vet about your situation.
It is called a buck. A castrated male goat is called a wether. A full grown female goat is called a doe. Babies are referred to as kids, in general, but specifically, bucklings and doelings.Occasionally you will hear goats referred to as "nannies" or "billies." A nanny goat is another name for a doe, and a billy goat is another name for a buck. But those are not the proper terms.
What did the blind old buck say to his doe ?
No because he will breed her and she will die at this age wait until she is 5-6months if want to breed but do not keep in same cage she will have so many litters it will kill her because he will mate her straight after birth. keep them SEPERATED!!
You need to separate these rabbits!!!!! The buck should not be housed with the doe EVER!!!! Now you more than likely will lose the new babies if you don't pull the 4 week old babies out of the cage NOW! The doe should be given all the pellets she can eat as she is in bad shape from nursing one litter while she is pregnant with another! The 4 week old bunnies should be given a supplemental pellet with milk in it OR be bottle fed for another week or two until it is obvious that they are eating well on their own, dry bread, cheerios and any other treat that is not a fruit or vegetable will also be very helpful. Don't let this happen again if you like your doe and want her to live a long life.
A blue flyer is a female red kangaroo (doe), it has a bluish grey fur. Only the male of the species (buck), known as an "old man red" has red fur.
