In my opinion it is the drums that have the loudest raw sound, but if you connect your guitar to an amplifier then the sound will have increased.
The "lubb" sound is produced by the closing of the Atrioventricular (Bicuspid and Triscuspid) valves , while the "dupp" sound is produced by the closing of the Semilunar (Aortic and Pulmonary) valves.
The lubb sound happens when the ventricles relax and the AV valves close.
The tricuspid and bicuspid or mitral valves.
