But most cases of animal abuse go unreported, only about %2 of cases actually get handled. In this case that would mean that 3,400 people were responsible for some form of animal abuse in Florida, which means 34,000 animals approximately. Which is an estimated 95 animals per day that are abused or killed in Florida. Well, the "owners" can hurt them, make them better, then hurt them again just so they can stay alive to be hurt. But most often, people abuse animals so much that they end up dying or the owner kills them. Sometimes people even put animals in fighting rings, where the animals fight each other until one dies. Some people find that amusing to see animals be strangled or be beaten up or die in dog fights. Animal abuse is wrong and most people are trying to stop it.
The exact number of animals abused each day is difficult to determine, as many cases go unreported. However, estimates suggest that millions of animals experience abuse or neglect annually in various forms, including physical harm, neglect, and abandonment. Organizations like the ASPCA work to raise awareness and combat animal cruelty, but comprehensive statistics can vary widely depending on the region and reporting practices. Overall, animal abuse remains a significant and troubling issue that requires ongoing attention and intervention.
