In 2000, around 25,500 cats were killed from animal testing.
In 2004, nearly 65,000 dogs were killed from testing.
60 - 100 million.
around 30 or so for experiments!
Millions
millions of animals are being kiled each year and mainly for silly things such as make up we take animal testing for granted and we become greedy!!
Approximately 12 .1 million animals are used a year for testing.
In one year it could be any amount it depends on the animal and the procedure. if its a monkey procedure for a medicine test then about 20 monkeys are used. if its a snake procedure for a medicine test around 80 snakes are used.
In addition to the animals killed in animal testing, farmed animals are abused and killed in numbers so staggering as to be almost incomprehensible:Globally, the annual death toll for these farmed land animals exceeds 70 billion. That’s nearly 191 million every day, or nearly 8 million every hour, 133,000 every minute, or about 2,220 every second. The number of aquatic animals killed annually for food is in the trillions.Around 9 billion farmed land animals are killed each year in the U.S. alone (about one million every hour; nearly 17 thousand every minute; around 278 every second).
Some madicines can but it is very expensive to get the right equipment to test on. But then people say testing on animals is way more affective. I dissagree with this because animals react in different ways depending on each animal. I completely dissagree with animal testing and it should be stopped. Hope this helps
Monkeys make a variety of sounds, including hoots, screeches, grunts, and screams. These vocalizations help them communicate with each other and express emotions such as excitement, fear, or aggression.
Many animals live in the jungle, such as tigers, monkeys, snakes, and birds. Each animal has adapted to thrive in the dense vegetation and diverse ecosystem of the jungle.
