In George Orwell's Animal Farm According to Major what is the cause of all the animals problems in chapter one?

sorry that last answer wax just dumb so i deleted it. Um...well defeating Mr. Jones, finishing the windmill, figuring out witch farmer to sell the timber too, snowball getting chased away, executions...etc.
