NO, ABSOLUTELY NOT. This honestly shouldn't even be a question someone should have to ask. Making dogs fight for the entertainment of low-life thugs is not good in any way. It's abuse to the animals, physically, mentally, and emotionally. The dogs are fighting because they've been raised to do so. Then, people end up thinking the dogs are an 'evil breed' when -in reality- that is not ture in any way. The real 'evil' is on the outside of the fighting ring.
