Nope, Tha'ts perfectly fine unless its above 80 degrees or under 40 degrees F. And I am not positive if the degrees are the law, but I know that if the conditions outside are not nice then leaving your dog out is animal cruelty. But it is illegal to leave your dog inside a car above 70-something degrees. Dogs can die in cars if left in the sun to long. Cars can be like doggy-toaster-ovens...
