Rabbits are very well cleaned animals so keep your distance for a while and after a couple of weeks if you still see it buy bunny wipes some are called critter comforts and then hold her and wipe her but be cautious they have shampoo that you spray on and you dont have to rinse it in the cat section

I would personally recommend against using any commercial product not created specifically for rabbits/small animals. If you are unable to hold your rabbit safely for long enough to wipe it with a damp towel, take it to a vet and have them shave the area off, which is what I had to do with my own rabbit.
